Illegal and unauthorized: Atanga Nji slams MRC with a nationwide protest ban

The minister of territorial administration and decentralization Paul Atanga Nji has ban the MRC national protest scheduled for April 6th 2019.

The MINAT boss in a communiqué issued April 5th 2019 said the planned protest by the MRC militants whose senior figures are all incarcerated in Yaoundé for staging similar illegal protest back in February warns of dire consequences for anyone who violates the ban to disrupt public peace

The no nonsense Atanga Nji says the MRC is only interested to cause rebellion against the state and disrupt public order, a move he says the government will not allow.

He also vowed to ban the party permanently if they do not deceased from what he says is their destabilizing activities

News from Douala this morning April 6th 2019 says there are major deployments of gendarmes in all major streets and junctions in the city to prevent the planned protests which sources say have been called off following the minister’s ban
